Every year, Microsoft award their prestigious Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) awards to technology experts with a deep knowledge of Microsoft products and services – experts who continuously demonstrate the ability to bring together diverse platforms, products and solutions, to solve real world problems, and who enthusiastically share their knowledge with the community.

About the role of MVPs
MVPs make up a global community of over 4,000 technical experts and community leaders across 90 countries/regions and are driven by their passion, community spirit, and quest for knowledge. For over 20 years, the Microsoft MVPs have played a vital role in the support, advancement and adoption of Microsoft technologies.
The MVP Award Technology Structure
The MVP Award structure is designed to align with Microsoft’s top priorities, while at the same time, allowing Microsoft to be agile with the pace of innovation, changes in the market and wide range of contributions MVPs make in the communities today.
Microsoft awards MVPs in Award Categories which encompass a great number of Developer and IT Pro focused technology areas, including open source.
Kent Agerlund, MVP and Regional Director
In addition to his title as Microsoft MVP in Enterprise Mobility, CTGlobal’s Founder and Principal Consultant Kent Agerlund is also appointed Regional Director by Microsoft.
